    Any purchase that was made from 11/1/2023 thru 12/31/23 has an extended return period for holiday purchases. You have until 1/31/24 to return your item.

    To return defective products, please email support@skytrakgolf.com to get in contact with a customer representative and include pictures and description of the issue to expedite the process. If your product is received damaged or defective, we will replace the item and provide a prepaid return shipping label to return the damaged item. (Note: replacement or repair process can take up to 4 weeks)

    No, but you will only have access to the SkyTrak Driving Range which provides a virtual space for you to practice your drives, analyze shot data, and refine your technique. You will not be able to connect with 3rd party simulator software.
