To receive credit for SkyTrak hardware products, returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all parts and components, and must not show any signs of damage. The credit issued will not cover any shipping costs. Returns that fail to meet these conditions will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note, this policy does not extend to accessories, setups, and simulation services.

How Do I Measure My Space?

In order to fit a SkyTrak Golf Simulator Studio in your home you will need a space that is at least 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep by 9 feet tall(space requirements are variable based on player - must be able to comfortably swing a golf club in the space).

What Devices Are Compatible With This Product?

This product is compatible with PC, iOS, Andorid devices. However, be sure to also match the your device needs to the software option that you intend to use with this product.

How Much Space Do I Need?

This launch monitor requires Enough Space to Swing Your Club in order for the data to collect properly. Please be sure to swing a club in your desired space to ensure that you are comfortable and safe making a golf swing in that area.

Launch monitor review

Have to say I’m pretty satisfied with the product based on what I paid for. When it works, it’s definitely great. Although there are times it seems to disconnect unprovoked and the iOS application for the course play seems to glitch where you’re in the middle of a round and it closes it completely. Which can be devastating when you have a good round going and are in a groove. Maybe somehow make it to where it saves my progress so I can go back and play where I left off in that case? Also noticed yesterday I had a round where the data seemed to be significantly off in terms of numbers and ball flight. Like I said, great product based the on the price, but the glitching becomes frustrating at times.

I am still working with the system . . . . . there should be more information on which golf ball to use. I started by marking each ball with a dot and that gave mixed results but shots were generally showing about 10-20 yards shorter than I hit the club. After experimenting . After trying several soccer type balls , I have settled on a Calloway with five sided "dots" all over the ball and this seems , at least initially , much more accurate. I purchased a gaming computer to run the Skytrak and all of the software is working well and is very responsive. . . . hope u continue to add more courses!!!

I enjoy the feedback that it gives you. And the number one thang that I thought was going on in my swing. Club Head speed, I am learning so much from it. Will upgrade soon.
