00:00:00 - What's up, SKYTRAK fam? We've got an exciting announcement for you. We just dropped a new Halloween range this year called the pumpkin patch. And if you haven't checked out last year's Halloween range, be sure to do that. It's called the Haunted House, also available in the range section as well. So, today I'm going to walk you through my favorite shot to work on on the new pumpkin patch range, and that is going to be the infamous stinger shot. So, let's take a look at the pumpkin patch
00:00:31 - range. Already, you can see it is full of haunted pumpkins that if you hit them, they will explode. And then we've got some hidden Easter eggs around in the cornfield that you should definitely be on the lookout for. And then right here in front of us, we've got a got a headless zombie that uh you might need to watch out for as well. So, uh what we're going to do is we're going to work on a couple of stinger shots. I'll walk you through just briefly what I try to
00:00:58 - work on and trying to make some of these pumpkins explode. So, I have a five iron here. One of my favorite clubs to hit stinger shots with. And what I'm going to focus on number one is I'm going to put a little bit more weight on my front side and then have the ball more towards my back foot. Okay? So, I'm thinking like right off of my right ear. And then for me personally, I like to think about playing more of a draw here. So, I'm going to line up just a little bit more
00:01:26 - to the right and then try and draw this ball back. But really, what we'll do here is just focus on one or two swings with those two things in mind.
00:01:42 - And if we get lucky, we're going to hit that pumpkin. Perfect. Right down the center line. That was actually a really good shot. 7° launch angle. hit it right in the center of the face with a zero degree club path. That was uh that was pretty cool. So again, what we focused on there is just hitting down. Weight is on the front. Ball is towards the back. That's really going to help you keep that ball nice and low. Let's do another one here.
00:02:20 - That one, you can see got pulled a little bit, but that's okay. Probably was aimed a little off there as well. But now that I know that to compensate for that, I think what I did, what I see a lot of people do whenever they are trying to hit a stinger is they really get quick with it. They think that it's not going to go as far, so they want to hit it harder. What we want to focus on now is just a little bit better tempo, staying down on that ball more.
00:02:54 - And right there where that other pumpkin was, you can see that's right there at about 150 yards. Take a look at all those pumpkins. You have an opportunity to smash and explode as you explore this range. We'll hit one more here. Again, just trying to keep that tempo nice and easy. Trying to focus on keeping this ball low. I'd really like to have my launch angle back around that 7 or 8° range here.
00:03:34 - H if that pumpkin still would have been there, I definitely would have got it again. nine degrees. I would take that. It's a straight ball uh with a five iron. I will definitely take that. All right. Be sure to check out our newest Halloween range, the pumpkin patch. Let us know what you think about it in the comments. We'll see you in the next video. Happy Halloween. Oh, what is that over there? Let's see if we can find out. See it to the right of the the scarecrows.
00:04:09 - Let's see if we can hit a fade over that way. Oh, there's something back there.
00:04:19 - Spooky.
00:04:31 - If anyone's ever seen our hybrid video, everyone should know that I hate hybrids. I might slice this or hook this off the planet, off the pumpkin patch.
00:04:48 - Looks like there's something. Oh my gosh. Terrifying.
