Returns - SKYTRAK Hardware Products
To receive credit for SKYTRAK hardware products, the following return conditions must be met:
- Return Period: Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all parts and components, and must not show any signs of wear or damage.
Restocking Fees:
- Returns not meeting these standards are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
- Restocking fee will be assessed to the cost of the product that is damaged.
- If a returned product exhibits visible wear, is missing components, or can no longer be resold as "new," a restocking fee of up to 40% will be applied.
- Launch Monitor Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 40% will be assessed to the cost of the product if the launch monitor is damaged.
- Projector Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 40% will be assessed after inspection upon return.

Huge improvement over the original. Faster, the ST bespoke course software is a bit nicer than the E6, and the addition of doppler radar works great too
Upgraded from an Ernest Sports Tour and very pleased with the change. I get consistent reads and a lot less frustration with Skytrak+
Great device. Only downside is the yardages taking into account elevation is not accurate.
Massive improvement over the original. Excellent accuracy. Don't depend on iPad for the range/play option - it's not even close to what you can do on a PC.
I loved my original Skytrak and had it since 2020. It was starting to miss too many shots, so I upgraded to Skytrak plus. So far it appears to function similarly but no more missed shots. My real issue is with TGC2019. While the new monitor synced seamlessly with my computer, I have not been able to play TGC2019 since I upgraded. I have reached out to Protee United.

I had the original Skytrak which was also great, but it seemed to have issues sometimes with high lofted clubs (at least in my setup) giving some strange reads at times seemingly with low spin and strange directional feedback. I'd hit it pretty clean, see it hit the right side of my screen... yet the feedback showed it going hard left on me. When I'm outside I didn't seem to experience massive pulls w/ my lob/sand wedges. It also disconnected regularly from my computer and required re-start which was frustrating. The SkyTrak+ on the other hand has been super solid, I have not lost connection yet. I get consistent spin and direction feedback now with the higher lofted clubs and throughout my bag. I love the additional club data as well! Great unit, was totally worth the upgrade!
I started with the original SkyTrak before they had club data. Went to TrackMan to get that for almost 7 yrs, and now I am back to SkyTrak+. I feel like I get all the same data, game improvement and courses and ability to use other compatible programs to have access to thousands of courses. And I can play against friends and enter tournaments. And the best thing is I can do all this for a fraction of the price. Glad I am back and all the improvements will keep me here for years to come!
Really enjoying the upgrade from the original sky track. Accuracy is much improved. Minimal to no no reads. Connection with iPad has been successful every time. Much improved from previous model.
I had the previous version but it was slow and a lot of times I got no reading. The plus is a lot faster and I like the additional information that it provides. Unfortunately I’m still getting a lot of no reads. The case is nice and provides adequate protection. Only negative is the adjustment **** gets in the way when you plug the unit in to charge it. I’m getting a new iPad with the m2 chip so maybe that will solve the no read problem. All that being said the additional info like club face and club path have helped improve my striking.
Living in the Midwest, we have a mandatory 3-5 month break from golf due to winter. I’m tired of watching my game stay stagnant because the first half of the season is trying to remember where I left off. I finally went for it and built a hitting bay. A buddy of mine had SkyTrak to hit with and really liked the data that was given, so I made the purchase.
Price-wise, I would say is uncomfortably fair for a launch monitor. Anything “cheaper” may provide false data and anything more expensive is going to break the bank.
My only frustrations- initial setup is pretty rough. I’m fairly tech savvy, and getting it to pair with internet/ipad(or computer) was more confusing than it needed to be. Now that it’s all set, I’ve had no issues and can connect in under a minute.
Secondly, I was frustrated that there was no golf course trial period?! Even just nine holes of a nothing course. I was surprised that marketing didn’t think to throw that in… just for 30 days. Due to that and the sticker price on the membership, I’m looking at other apps for course play.
Had issues connecting first day, got it to work but then it was bricked the next day. I returned it and Skytrak promptly sent me a new one.
Having a lot of fun with it and feel like it's improving my game within a few days.
Subtracted 1 star for the initial issues.

Great product. Thin shots are not read correctly, but I probably should learn not to hit them. Would love to have a scramble option when playing courses. :+1:
Purchased Skytrack+ and had an issue with the charge port. They quickly replaced the unit and provided return labels. Thank you!
Overall I really like the set up and functionality of the pro package (all included pack with mats, screen, enclosure, unit, etc. . . ) Great practice through the winter. Accuracy seems good, miss hits are minimal, graphics are great.
Two things I noticed:
1. You may want to choose an enclosure screen that is 16:9 aspect. Mine seems to fit more of the 4:3. I struggled to get it to fit well and it obviously looks a bit stretched.
2. Club accuracy seems great but I noticed the Driver seems a bit lower and the carry seems short. Seems to read low and I often get a pull hook. When I visited a professional indoor range my drives were great. Could be me, maybe setup or leveling on unit, etc.
